Three. The basic conditions and requirements for handling the three-level qualification of highway construction general contracting are shared as follows.
1, enterprise assets
The net assets are more than 8 million yuan.
2. Key personnel of the enterprise
(1) There shall be no less than 8 registered construction engineers in highway engineering.
(2) The technical person in charge has more than 6 years experience in technical management of engineering construction, and has the intermediate title or above of highway engineering related major or the qualification of registered construction engineer of highway engineering major; There shall be no less than 15 people with intermediate or above titles in highway engineering related majors.
(3) There shall be no less than 8 on-site management personnel with certificates, and the builder, safety officer and cost engineer shall be complete.
(4) There shall be no less than 15 skilled workers with intermediate level or above who have passed the examination or training.
(5) The technical director (or registered constructor) shall preside over the completion of no less than two engineering achievements required by the secondary qualification standard of this category.
