4. The safety supervisor should do a good job in daily safety patrol inspection and grasp the safety production trends.

5. Safety supervisors shall participate in the safety inspection activities supervised and keep records of safety activities.

6. The safety supervisor has the right to check the operation of certified construction personnel and to stop the unlicensed operation of special types of workers.

7. In the process of supervision, the safety supervisor has the right to stop illegal command and illegal operation; Have the right to require the construction unit to carry out rectification when potential safety accidents are found, and report to the chief supervision engineer in time; If the situation is serious, the construction unit shall be required to temporarily stop the construction and report to the chief supervision engineer immediately.

8. The safety supervisor shall supervise and inspect the implementation of the safety rectification notice of the construction unit. Have the right to check the contents of the rectification notice reply form, and have the right to request further rectification if it does not meet the rectification requirements, and report the verification to the director.

Qualified use of training: those who pass all the courses will be awarded the national supervision engineer training certificate signed by China Construction Education Association. This certificate is the employment certificate of the employees of the supervision enterprise. This certificate can be used in civil construction, road and bridge, water and electricity, railway and other supervision industries, and can be searched online all over the country.
