Physical education class, a P.E. teacher at 65,438+09 primary school in Guangdong Province, really opened our eyes and learned a lot to prepare for future education and teaching.
3. Broadcast practice.
At the beginning of school, I focused on learning new radio exercises, because this set of radio exercises has a strong sense of rhythm and is difficult to learn. So I mainly teach radio exercises through the following points. First, strengthen the ideological education for students, so that students can truly realize the importance and necessity of doing problems, and cultivate students' good habits of paying attention to doing problems, consciously doing problems, persisting in doing problems, and doing problems seriously. Second, PE teachers should use demonstration correctly. Demonstration is one of the main methods of physical education teaching. Through demonstration, students can establish correct action representation. Therefore, teachers are required to demonstrate clearly, accurately, normatively and aesthetically. Third, explain less but better. My explanation in radio practice teaching is mainly based on my demonstration movements, so that students can deepen their understanding of the movements. Fourth, the password should be clear, loud and accurate. Fifth, correct mistakes in time. In addition, in the teaching process of radio practice, we have received strong support from the fifth-grade class teacher. Therefore, the quality of broadcasting practice has been greatly improved in a short time. On the basis of improvement, all teachers in the school can set an example and do exercises with students seriously, which has played an exemplary role for students. It has been well received by the school leaders, which is inseparable from the cooperation of Qi Xin, the teacher of the whole school.
4. Training.
I can lead students to persist in amateur training for a long time, and make the training planned, tested in stages and recorded, and lead students to carry out scientific and systematic training. In terms of training time, it is generally based on the club time arranged by the school, and even extended the time to provide technical guidance for students. In the process of training, I strive to do a good job of students and parents, so that parents can let students train and students can train with peace of mind. The school leaders are very supportive of my training work. This semester, Zhang Yue, a student from Class Two, Grade Six, got two good results in the Shenzhen Wushu Competition in August. Wan Zhi Ying and He Anhuai won a number of gold and silver awards in the Macau Traditional Wushu Elite Invitational Tournament in August. I will redouble my efforts and get good results in bigger competitions in the future.
