The electric heating heat conduction oil furnace system consists of explosion-proof electric heater, organic heat carrier furnace, heat exchanger, control cabinet, hot oil pump, expansion tank, etc. Users only need to connect the power supply, the inlet and outlet pipes of the medium and some electrical interfaces to use it.
In heat conduction oil furnace, the electric heater is directly inserted into the organic carrier for direct heating, and the heat-conducting oil is forced to circulate in the liquid phase by the circulating pump, so that the heat is transferred to one or more heat-using devices. After being unloaded by the heat-using devices, it passes through the circulating pump again, returns to the heater, absorbs the heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using devices, thus realizing continuous heat transfer, improving the temperature of the heated object and meeting the heating process requirements.
Operation method:
1, heat conduction oil heater adopts digital thermostat to control the temperature, which has the functions of over-temperature alarm, low oil level alarm and over-pressure alarm. It is an efficient and energy-saving heating equipment in chemical, petroleum, machinery, printing and dyeing, food, shipping, textile, film and other industries.
2, electric heating heat conduction oil furnace operators, should be trained in electric heating heat conduction oil furnace knowledge, and by the local boiler safety supervision institutions assessment certification.
3, electric heating heat conduction oil furnace using units, must develop electric heating heat conduction oil furnace operation procedures. Operating procedures should include the starting, running, stopping and emergency stopping of electric heating heat conduction oil furnace. Operators must operate in accordance with the operating procedures.
4. Insulation measures should be taken for pipelines within the electric heating range in heat conduction oil furnace, but coating measures should not be taken for flange joints.
5, electric heating heat conduction oil furnace in the process of ignition booster, should open the exhaust valve on the boiler for many times, to discharge the mixed steam of air, water and organic heat carrier. For gas phase furnace, when the temperature and pressure of organic heat carrier meet the corresponding relationship, the exhaust should be stopped and normal operation should be started.
