(4) Examination of registration qualifications
The qualification examination was conducted by the recruitment working group at the double election meeting. Applicants should carefully check the recruitment conditions of the positions they apply for. Those who do not meet the requirements for the examination and still provide false information to sign up for the interview will be disqualified once verified, and the responsibility will be borne by the applicants themselves.

(5) Interview
The interview was organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Yizhou District, Hechi City, and the recruitment working group was held at the job fair, with more than 5 interviewers.
The interview follows the principle of "what to do, what to test", and adopts a combination of professional knowledge test (dictation) and trial lecture.
Full interview score 100, 60 points qualified. Those who fail the interview shall not be listed as the object of investigation.
(6) signing an employment intention agreement
According to the number of people in the job recruitment plan, according to the interview qualified scores of candidates in the same position from high to low, the intended candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, and an employment intention agreement is signed.
(7) Physical examination and inspection
1. According to the candidates' qualified interview results, the candidates for physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.
The physical examination is carried out with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), organized and implemented by Yizhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and carried out in designated hospitals at or above the county level, and the expenses required for physical examination are borne by the physical examination object.
"General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial)" If the items such as central rate, vision, hearing and blood pressure fail to meet the physical examination standard, re-examination will be arranged on the same day; If the items such as borderline heart murmur, pathological electrocardiogram, pathological murmur and frequent premature beats (confirmed by electrocardiogram) fail to meet the physical examination standards, a re-examination shall be arranged on the spot.
Candidates who have doubts about the results of the physical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot may apply for re-examination to the physical examination implementation organ within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination, and re-examination will be conducted after approval.
The medical examination organ shall keep the re-examination strictly confidential.
In principle, items that are not re-examined on the same day or on the spot may not be re-examined in the original medical examination hospital, but should be re-examined in a qualified hospital at the next higher level. Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
2. Those who pass the physical examination are listed as the objects of investigation.
The inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of the recruiting unit.
The competent department of the recruiting unit shall, according to the requirements of the recruitment post, set up an investigation working group to mainly investigate the political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, diligence and integrity, and law-abiding, and conduct qualification examination.
Those who fail to pass the physical examination and inspection or voluntarily give up the physical examination and inspection will be replenished from those who apply for the same position and pass the interview according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.
In principle, those who fail to provide their original academic qualifications, degrees and qualification certificates before July 3, 20231will be deemed to have given up their employment automatically.
Important archival materials are incomplete, personal experience is unclear, historical status is unclear, effective inspection cannot be carried out, and serious violations of law and dishonesty are confirmed by the competent authorities in accordance with relevant state regulations, so it shall not be determined as a candidate to be hired.
(8) Publicity and employment
1. According to the results of interview, physical examination and investigation, the person to be hired is determined, and after being approved by the Yizhou District People's Government of Hechi City, it will be publicized on Hechi Talent Network for 5 working days.
2. After the list of persons to be employed is publicized, if the candidates voluntarily give up their employment qualifications or fail to pass the publicity, they will no longer be employed.
If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
3. The employer shall sign a labor contract with the employee, and the probation period shall be agreed upon when signing the labor contract. The probation period 12 months is included in the employment contract. The salary and welfare during the probation period shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the autonomous region.
The service period of newly hired personnel is 3-5 years (specifically subject to the post schedule), and no post transfer, secondment or transfer is allowed during the service period.
4. Hire teachers to control the number of people recruited, and count them into the total post setting of this unit.
