Founded in 1998, The Legend of Dreams, formerly known as "Guang Bei Pre-test Training Course", is the first pre-test training course for broadcasting and directing in Heilongjiang Province. Yue Feng, a well-known host of Harbin Radio Station, one of the top ten artists in China, and a broadcasting expert enjoying special government allowance, founded the training course independently. The training course has branches in Beijing and Harbin Radio Station. In addition to Yue Feng, there are Liu Mifei and She Zhipeng from china national radio and Ren Yi from Beijing TV Station.
