How to obtain pcr certificate
The application method of pcr certificate is as follows:

1. You can register directly in your provincial clinical laboratory center.

2. Take the exam at the designated place.

If you pass the exam, you can get a certificate.

1. Why do you want to take the PCR certificate?

The state clearly requires that having a PCR license is a prerequisite for engaging in PCR-related work.

According to Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of Clinical Gene Amplification Laboratories in Medical Institutions (Wei Ban Yi Fa Zheng [2065 438] 10), the staff of clinical gene amplification laboratories in medical institutions shall be qualified by the technical training of institutions designated by the health administrative departments at or above the provincial level before they can engage in clinical gene amplification inspection. In short, it is "illegal operation" to do nucleic acid testing without PCR license!

2. Who can take the PCR certificate?

Participants in each training course in each province will be specified in the training notice. This kind of training is generally full-time, with a scale of about 200 people and a relatively limited number of places. Therefore, PCR on-the-job training is mostly aimed at the laboratory staff of medical institutions who have carried out or intend to carry out clinical gene amplification inspection projects. Of course, this does not mean that no one else can attend. Many people engaged in molecular biological diagnostic techniques (including molecular pathology) or other related personnel can also participate. It is recommended to contact the person in charge of the current training course before registration.

3. What does the training include?

Generally, it includes theoretical training and experimental training, and some provinces also arrange students to participate in internships at internship bases. The final exam also includes theoretical knowledge assessment and practical examination. Training in some provinces requires students to choose different contents such as genetic detection of infectious diseases, genetic diseases, drug genetic detection and digital PCR according to actual work needs. The practical examination place is the designated 3A hospital or clinical testing center, and students generally need to take the initiative to go to the experimental training base to complete the examination within the specified time.

4. Training time and cost

Generally speaking, each province holds 1 or 2 PCR induction trainings every year. So far this year, most provinces have held training courses, but it is not excluded to continue to hold them. The training time is generally 2 to 4 days, and the cost is about1500-2,000 yuan. As for whether the expenses will be paid at their own expense or reimbursed in the end, it depends on the unit.

5. Is it difficult to get the training certificate?

It's not difficult. Basically, you can get a certificate if you pass the training. It is not difficult to evaluate in theory and practice.

6. Is the certificate issued after passing the training universal?

All clinical testing centers are official institutions authorized by National Health Commission Clinical Testing Center and approved by the provincial health and health commission, and have the qualification to train clinical gene amplification testing technicians for various medical and health institutions at all levels throughout the country. All students who pass the training examination will be awarded the certificate of training clinical gene amplification test technicians, so in theory, the certificate is universal throughout the country.

However, the situation in each province is slightly different. Take Shandong as an example, there is not one PCR certificate, including infectious disease nucleic acid detection certificate and tumor gene, reproductive genetics and metabolic disease nucleic acid detection certificate, and the training is also carried out separately. Personnel who have obtained certificates can only engage in specific inspection items.

7. How to register?

General training notices are distributed to medical institutions by local clinical centers. At the same time, most clinical centers in official website or WeChat official accounts will also send notices. Whether to register in official website or in a medical institution is also subject to the notice from all over the country.

At the request of the State Council, the National Health Commission and other departments at all levels, clinical centers around the country have actively opened various forms of COVID-19 nucleic acid testing training courses this year.

Although such training courses on nucleic acid detection in COVID-19 are mostly held online, they can also be certified by online class hours, theoretical examinations, experimental training in designated laboratories and other means (some provinces such as Jiangsu are limited to infectious disease genetic testing related projects and Anhui).

Legal basis:

According to Article 14 of the Administrative Measures for Clinical Gene Amplification Laboratories in Medical Institutions (Wei Ban Zheng Yifa [2065 438+00] 194)

Laboratory personnel of clinical gene amplification test in medical institutions shall be qualified by the technical training of institutions designated by the health administrative department at or above the provincial level before they can engage in clinical gene amplification test.
