1 12 On February 25th, I was informed by the school that the 20xx teacher training had started. I am very happy and full of expectation when I receive this notice. As a primary school art teacher, I am looking forward to more similar training, and I also hope to improve my professional level and improve and change my teaching methods through more training.
Art is a special subject, which enables students to learn the skills of painting and making. Can cultivate students' comprehensive ability and give full play to students' talents in all aspects; Can make students feel beautiful; Can make students love learning. Today's art class is not what it used to be. Teachers use for reference, students use for reference. Quality education enters art teaching, focusing on developing students in the classroom and making them the masters of learning; In the process of homework, we pay more attention to students' inquiry in the learning process, so that students can study easily and happily. Art class is like a paradise, which makes students enjoy it.
It's really not that easy to have a good art class. Careful preparation before class, scene creation, link arrangement, personality counseling, and diversified evaluation and reflection after class are all indispensable, all of which require art teachers to work hard to think and scrutinize.
First, the preparation before art class
Art lesson preparation is not only the preparation of teaching AIDS, but also a wider range of content. For example, in the lesson of holiday decoration, teaching AIDS are all kinds of handmade decorations. In order to make the classroom more atmosphere, I tried to prepare some festive songs, such as Happy Festival, which played a great role in setting off the classroom atmosphere. In addition to preparing tangible classroom resources, it is also necessary to prepare teachers' various knowledge and profound cultural heritage. It depends on the teacher's long-term accumulation.
Second, art classroom teaching
Classroom teaching is the key point, and many problems deserve further discussion. Here I want to talk about a problem that I have been thinking about: the contradiction between the organization of classroom teaching and the disorder that may occur when guiding children to create freely. The organization of classroom teaching is the guarantee of good class, which is recognized by most teachers. But some types of art classes often don't need children to do their homework well, such as some manual classes, which need the cooperation of several children. When children are together, it is inevitable that they will express their opinions, and they will not be restrained like adults, which will inevitably lead to poor discipline. In order to better arouse children's enthusiasm, some painting classes have added lively forms such as games and dances, and the class will also appear messy. The problem is that such formal "chaos" is not ineffective. Foreign teachers don't need children to sit up straight in art class. They give them enough space to create, draw on the table, and "doodle". Mr. Schell of Nuremberg Diu Lei Middle School once said that in Diu Lei Middle School, students can listen to songs, draw pictures and listen to their favorite music with headphones. I think this is definitely forbidden in China. The school requires the classroom to be orderly, but neatness often obliterates children's personality and limits their creativity. How to do it? This requires teachers to organize teaching freely, without indulgence or repression. For example, open teaching content can be adopted. Teachers can guide students to go to nature and society, devote themselves to colorful off-campus life, take parks, fields and villages as big classrooms for learning art, learn art in nature and feel the red, yellow and blue in life. For example, in handicraft class, students might as well fly kites, play with small windmills in the wind and practice hanging ornaments with the colors made. Window grilles beautify the surrounding environment; Combined with painting class, we can organize a small classroom art exhibition, organize students to visit and give speeches, and subtly cultivate students' ability to combine active learning with student life.
Third, the evaluation of art homework.
Sometimes when adults look at children's paintings, they often shake their heads and say, "What is it? What a mess! " As we all know, children's painting is expensive in chaos, natural childlike innocence, romantic innocence, distinctive personality and rich imagination. Some children like colors, while others like to draw with lines. Other children only like to draw abstract shapes. Therefore, there should be multiple standards for the correction and evaluation of children's paintings, and we should be good at discovering the shining things in children's paintings.
The above is my personal experience. I still have many shortcomings in arousing their feelings about life through art teaching activities, guiding them to express their inner feelings with basic art forms, cultivating sentiment, improving aesthetic ability and achieving the integration of understanding, operation, emotion and creation. In the future teaching process, I will constantly improve my art quality, improve teaching methods and have a good art class. Let students master certain basic knowledge of painting, basic skills and techniques, cultivate students' observation ability, thinking ability, composition ability, discrimination and color matching ability, and strive to create a relaxed and interesting learning environment and atmosphere for students, eliminate psychological obstacles in students' hearts, and make students feel that learning is not a burden, but a kind of enjoyment and entertainment.
Fourth, pay attention to the evaluation of students' learning:
In teaching, we should pay special attention to the comprehensive evaluation of students. In the understanding and performance of knowledge, students' performance is uneven. In order to tap the potential ability of each student, we should teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and encourage and guide them according to their personality and the modeling characteristics of their works. The evaluation is mainly positive, and the teacher's evaluation is organically combined with the evaluation of classmates and students themselves, so as to protect students' enthusiasm for learning and let every student get personality publicity.
Absorb the beneficial experience of famous teachers and improve teaching methods, thus promoting the improvement of their teaching ability. Passed this training. Let me learn more ways and shortcuts to improve my own quality and education and teaching level. I sincerely thank this training for providing me with such a good learning platform.
I actively participated in the "national training" primary school art teacher education and teaching ability training. During the training, I listened to the wonderful lectures of art education experts and appreciated their unique educational style and advanced educational theory. Not only did we strengthen the study of theory and professional knowledge, but we also studied lessons with other teachers. It can be said that this training is very rewarding for me. After this study, I was deeply impressed, inspired and educated by my incisive analysis, unique opinions and a large number of quotations. Having a deeper understanding of this major has made me love education more.
Improve the educational concept and broaden the vision of reform. Let me raise my head buried in hard study and find that education needs foresight. In this training, every expert teacher gave us a wonderful lesson. The lectures of expert teachers expounded their unique views on art teaching in primary schools, various views on the new curriculum, and the discussion on the methods of art education in primary schools, which introduced us to more cutting-edge educational theory knowledge and how to learn lessons. From experts' personal experience, from domestic education to foreign ideas, I feel fresh air and excited.
By studying theory, we constantly apply practice. As a teacher, I try my best to turn my theoretical knowledge into practical kinetic energy, so that it can effectively guide the usual art teaching. During the training process, I exchanged my understanding of the art curriculum standards with the teachers in the group, and after the course was followed up, I used the new practical design concept to guide my teaching. On the basis of continuous summing-up, I rediscovered that this cycle of intention is because the lesson learning in the training class makes me more powerful and intentional.
At the same time, I learned to look at my education and teaching work from another angle, and constantly reflect and adjust my education view under the guidance of new ideas. It is this kind of empathy that makes me learn to trust students and constantly feel the surprise and strength brought by trust.
Strengthen the study of professional knowledge and become a professional teacher. Training is intense and busy, because in the process of training, I feel an atmosphere of diligent pursuit and endless learning. This rigorous and effective atmosphere makes me prepare lessons carefully, ponder carefully, consult relevant materials conveniently through the network, and strive to build efficient education and teaching activities. Dare to meet challenges and innovate in practice. It can be said that the training has stimulated my will, inspired my mind and wisdom, and made me more dedicated to the art education and teaching in primary schools. There is a good saying: "If a teacher wants to give students a bowl of water, he must have a bucket of water, even if it is a steady stream of water." Therefore, if you want to be an excellent teacher, you should not be a pool of stagnant water, but a steady stream of water, so you should constantly strengthen the study of professional knowledge.
We firmly believe that this spirit of perseverance, self-improvement and hard work in the course of learning will benefit us for life.
In a word, through social training, I have more deeply realized my responsibility as a teacher and that learning is endless, and it is never too late to learn. In my future work, I will continue to learn, experience and feel what I have learned, and apply it in practice to improve my overall quality and provide better and better services for students.
Through the online study during the holiday, I listened to the wonderful lectures of educational experts and appreciated their humorous educational style and advanced educational theory. Primary school art education is different from professional art education. Serving the development of students' comprehensive quality: focusing on students' development, focusing on cultivating students' aesthetic ability, perception ability, imagination ability and expression ability, focusing on cultivating innovative spirit, focusing on students' personality development and all-round development. The new education emphasizes cultivating students' interest in learning, students' independent inquiry learning, cooperative interactive learning, emotional experience, learning process, interdisciplinary comprehensive learning and changing traditional teaching and learning methods. Improve students' comprehensive quality through artistic practice activities, and finally make students learn to be human and benefit for life.
(A) continuous innovation to stimulate students' interest. To realize the efficient teaching of art class, I think: we should carefully design and prepare lessons with students before class; Be full of passion and appeal when giving lectures; Students should comment less and interfere less when creating; When evaluating, you should sincerely appreciate and sincerely suggest. Fully trust students, let them study independently and explore cooperatively, and truly realize efficient art teaching. Curriculum reform attaches importance to students' autonomous learning and inquiry learning, and seems to place less emphasis on teachers' "teaching", but it does not despise teaching. In fact, good "teaching" always attracts students' attention like a magnet. In teaching, let students take the initiative to participate in learning as much as possible. With students as the main body, through the process of appreciation, experience, exploration, summary, imagination, creation and evaluation, students are guided to deeply understand and feel the beauty of works of art, and their creative desire is multiplied. Try to create a relaxed learning space for children (beautiful pictures, soft music) and immerse the whole class in the artistic atmosphere. At the same time, to highlight the characteristics of fine arts, students should use various forms to design exquisite works with rich themes. The compilation of the new textbook embodies the student-oriented concept, with activities as the bright line and knowledge as the hidden line. Therefore, teaching should be carried out in the form of activities, and activities should serve the teaching objectives. Design activities should present a knowledge point.
(2) Learn to appreciate and evaluate. In class, we should not only learn to appreciate students' works, but also learn to evaluate and respect students. There are various evaluation methods, mainly self-evaluation and mutual evaluation, combined with teacher evaluation, which makes evaluation more democratic and diversified, fully embodies the versatility of evaluation, and allows students to experience the fun of success. At the same time, improve students' comprehensive ability. In art teaching, we should pay attention to all students, put people first, put students' development first, cultivate students' humanistic spirit and aesthetic ability, and lay a good foundation for promoting the formation and all-round development of students' sound personality. Make students form basic artistic accomplishment. In art class, there should be art elements in it, and emotional attitudes and values should be naturally reflected. Children are taught not only skills, but also thinking. Treat students with higher vision and lower skills, so that their ideas are broader and broader.
(3) Pay attention to individual differences and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. Teachers' language should be structured, and operating tools should be carefully designed to serve students' exploration and cooperation and teaching process. In the process of teaching children, we must consider students' ability, age characteristics and personality differences, and design teaching plans and teaching processes. Contact the students' real life and life experience. Starting with the most basic things, let children pay attention to some things about art around them. Learn about art knowledge such as lines from life, such as triangles, rectangles, circles, trees (rings) and so on. Cultivate children's ability to collect materials. Let students know about artistic creation, not only with paper and pen. Understand the diversity of materials. Students can create with their favorite materials. Senior three students should pay attention to cultivating the ability of self-study and not be bound by too many skills. What students can explore by themselves, let children explore as much as possible. The key point is to cultivate children's creativity. Do a good job of demonstration, scientifically design teaching content, from easy to difficult, from shallow to deep, step by step.
(4) Strengthen study and improve one's artistic accomplishment. In addition to teaching, teachers should pay attention to their own business knowledge learning. Actively participate in lectures, evaluations, teaching and research activities and professional training inside and outside the school. Learn more from old teachers' teaching experience, and at the same time read more books and magazines on teaching theory after class to continuously improve teachers' own quality. When dealing with students' homework, we should be calm and be good at guiding and appreciating. Students are not necessarily required to complete works that are interesting and operable. Let the students think whimsically and finish the task happily, don't let the children think painfully and don't get bored. When making by hand, it should not be too difficult at first, and then gradually deepen. Prepare lessons carefully and coach patiently.
Through study and training, I think that as an art teacher, we should teach children aesthetic knowledge and painting skills, cultivate children's creative thinking and divergent thinking, and make children's thinking active and open, and dare to express it boldly with pens and colors. In short, I will continue to learn, experience and feel what I have learned, and apply it in practice to improve my comprehensive quality and provide better and better services for students.
By participating in distance education and training, I make full use of the time of training activities to study, which is both hard and rewarding. There is both pay and new income. Although we have never met, distance learning has brought us closer. I have improved my basic quality and comprehensive business ability in an all-round way, which has played a positive role in promoting my future development. I think in my future work, I should do the following:
First, change ideas and update them.
I actively participated in the online training, and I should have achieved three "consciousnesses": consciously participating in online learning and training, consciously participating in discussions, and consciously handing in homework. Through research, I have made clear the essence of modern education and what kind of quality requirements the curriculum reform puts forward for teachers. Through in-depth study, I made it clear that as a teacher, I must constantly improve myself, enrich myself, have rich knowledge and solid teaching basic skills, otherwise I will be eliminated by the times, enhance my sense of urgency, crisis and responsibility in learning, establish the educational thought of "student-oriented development", constantly update my teaching concept, and fundamentally change my teaching behavior and students' learning methods.
Second, actively study and deeply understand.
After a period of training, I have basically entered the stage of learning and training. Although I spent a lot of time watching so-called various videos, I learned about the multimedia electronic whiteboard, the making of multimedia courseware, the use and operation of software and hardware. However, it is found in the training that the so-called courseware making is not as difficult as expected. As long as we can make full use of network resources and our own educational ideas on the basis of teaching materials, we can make effective educational multimedia suitable for ourselves. A few days ago, I tried to download some music videos and pictures online and learn to make a multimedia courseware. Although I watched the training video repeatedly and consulted the experienced teachers, the courseware was successfully made through two days' efforts. In the application, I found that it is more handy than the courseware downloaded online before, and it is more conducive to good use in the classroom.
Third, reflect on teaching work and keep making progress.
In teaching, we should constantly think about the shortcomings in our work and strive to improve our professional level, constantly learn from outstanding backbone teachers and consult thoughtful teachers.
Fourth, based on the classroom, enhance their own value in practice.
Classroom is the main position for teachers to reflect their own values. In line with the concept of "all for students, all for students", I devote my love to students wholeheartedly. In the future teaching, I will try my best to apply the new curriculum ideas I have learned to classroom teaching practice, based on "using new and old textbooks and practicing new ideas." Strive to make my mathematics teaching more distinctive, form a unique teaching mode, better reflect the requirements of quality education and improve the quality of mathematics teaching. I deeply understand that teachers' words and deeds affect students and will set an example for them. Ideological education should always be unremitting, focusing on cultivating students' good moral quality, study habits, labor habits and civilized behavior habits.
Through this national training study, I am deeply touched. Really realize that "it's never too old to learn, but not too much to learn", in short, people should learn all the time throughout their lives. As teachers through the ages, all these require teachers to keep learning and improving, and to be innovative teachers, research teachers and guiding teachers. If teachers don't realize the necessity and importance of their own study, and use the knowledge and concepts your teacher taught you decades ago to educate students now, isn't that wearing new shoes and taking the old road? I think teachers nowadays should have dual identities: both teachers and students. Teachers study to "educate people". As teachers, our study is not ordinary study, but based on the study of an educator. Our ultimate pursuit is to educate good people, and learning for "educating people" is the bounden duty of teachers. We should actively participate in all kinds of training and continuing education organized by higher authorities, constantly learn new teaching methods and new teaching concepts, make ourselves a "source of living water" and better nourish students' thirst for knowledge.
In the future study process, I should actively study, increase my knowledge, make full use of this knowledge and apply it to the classroom to improve the teaching quality.
Through online learning, I gradually realize the importance of junior high school art teachers' professional development, and think about the improvement purpose of understanding evaluation and the establishment of three-dimensional evaluation concept of art education, and put forward some preliminary personal suggestions.
In the teaching process, evaluation is an indispensable part, which is paid more and more attention by educators. In the field of art teaching, the role of evaluation has also received unprecedented attention from education experts and leaders of the State Education Commission. However, in the teaching process, there are still many things that are contrary to expectations, which hinder the full play of the evaluation function. Its root causes have been gradually revealed, and the problem needs to be solved urgently.
1. Problems caused by the guiding ideology of exam-oriented education
(1) Skill evaluation is the only criterion for a few artistic talents.
A small number of students with artistic expertise aim to be admitted to art colleges, and the examinations in art colleges take solid basic skills as the main evaluation criteria, which also leads students to practice color and sketch hard. They can remember several characteristics of a fruit and a plaster statue, and can draw realistic objects as quickly and accurately as a machine, but the works they draw are the same, lifeless or even less. And for the creation is helpless, I don't know where to start. Students' personality and passion have long been submerged by mechanical dogma, and artistic inspiration has long been stifled in the cradle, which has also become the result that China's art field lags behind the world.
(2) despise the art evaluation of a large number of ordinary primary and secondary school students,
The art evaluation of a large number of ordinary primary and middle school students is "primary school attaches importance to it, junior high school despises it and senior high school ignores it". With the growth of grade, the closer to the college entrance examination, the farther away "art" is from students. Many schools, parents and students don't care about the results of art evaluation, because their art achievements are basically meaningless to their graduation, further studies and employment. The phenomenon of occupying art class hours is common, and art teachers have no choice but to let nature take its course and give a happy high score by feeling. Such an evaluation fundamentally loses the significance of evaluation.
2. The evaluation literacy of art teachers is difficult to adapt to the problems existing in the present situation.
(1) The concept of long-term evaluation is difficult to adapt to the current situation.
Many art teachers have long formed a simple and hasty evaluation model. I don't know enough about the new requirements put forward by the new syllabus and new curriculum standard, so it is difficult to adapt to it, and I can't consciously make full use of diversified and interactive evaluation methods in teaching. This is a major problem in the evaluation of art teaching today.
Fortunately, the general office of the Ministry of Education recently issued a notice on the implementation of "Sports and Art 2+ 1 Project" in primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage, and the baton of art teaching gave clear instructions on the evaluation twice, which fully demonstrated that the education administrative departments and art education circles in China attach great importance to the evaluation. It is urgent to strengthen the quality of art teachers and adapt to the requirements of the new situation.
(2) only evaluate the results, not the process.
In the teaching process, students can only accept the knowledge instilled by teachers unconditionally, and then consolidate their knowledge by doing homework. Finally, the quality of homework is also determined by the teacher. As a result, there is no unified answer, and art homework expressing emotions through shapes and colors has become an evaluation standard based on teachers' personal aesthetic taste, casting a batch of students who follow the example of teachers. The students trained in this way can talk about "shine on you is better than blue" and the progress and development of history.
(3) Only teachers' personal evaluation view, without students' subjectivity.
It is a common problem in art teaching that there is only the teacher's personal evaluation view and no students' right to speak. The appreciation of artistic works is influenced by many factors, such as personal experience, hobbies, historical background and so on. Different people have different views and produce different aesthetics. Teachers often use textbooks as the sole criterion, use ideas borrowed from books to plan generations of students, do not respect students' personalities, and do not allow students to participate in evaluation. Of course, students' personal aesthetics are not all healthy. Teachers should give correct guidance and cultivate students' healthy aesthetic ability. But aesthetic standards are not unique.
The simple evaluation method with teachers as the authority is dominant in art teaching. In fact, it is a one-sided and isolated evaluation method, a manifestation of feudal consciousness of respecting teachers, valuing education and excluding foreigners, and a disrespect for students' personality. Educating students in this way can only make the overall goal of "cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability and promoting students' all-round development" a dead letter.
All the above evaluation behaviors are aimed at exam-oriented education, and the positive significance of evaluation is not viewed from the standpoint of people-oriented view and development view, and the important role of art teaching in promoting students' all-round development is ignored. It is worth pondering to investigate its root causes and prescribe the right medicine.
After more than one year's art teaching practice and several months' online study, I gradually realized the importance of the professional and systematic development of junior high school art teachers. I am engaged in art teaching in junior high school, and sum up my learning experience in my daily work.
For a long time, "art" is a miscellaneous subject in the eyes of most people, which is irrelevant. They think that art is drawing on paper with pens and pigments, art teachers teach students to draw, and the evaluation of art teaching is based on whether painting is like or not. But I don't know much about architecture, sculpture, arts and crafts, computer art and other broad fields. Most rural schools do not know enough about the important role of cultivating sentiment, improving artistic and cultural literacy, cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability, and promoting all-round development in the process of art learning. At the same time, the evaluation of art teaching and teachers is one-sided and isolated.
After the new curriculum reform, junior high school art textbooks pay more attention to stimulating students' creative spirit and cultivating students' divergent thinking and practical ability. Teachers should actively create a good learning environment for students and increase cultural connotation. Traditional art textbooks and teaching only focus on imparting professional knowledge and skills, which is divorced from students' daily life. This kind of learning concept is difficult to cultivate students' creative spirit. Under the new curriculum reform, teachers should encourage students to carry out inquiry activities in appreciation activities. After a year and a half of rural art teaching and these online studies, I personally summarized the following points.
First, build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, so that students like teachers and are interested in teachers' courses.
Second, whether there is a relaxed and pleasant teaching environment.
Third, whether classroom teaching is artistic and interesting.
Fourthly, whether we can use PPT, model painting, telling stories, playing games, playing video music and other teaching methods to guide students to enhance their feelings about the image.
Fifth, pay attention to role exchange in class, so as to narrow the distance between teachers and students, and don't let students have the illusion that art class is a burden and appreciating and understanding works is a task.
Sixth, make a reasonable evaluation to gain the trust of students. Students always want to be affirmed. As a teacher, we should first express our appreciation for students' active participation and make a reasonable evaluation.
In addition, we should vigorously carry out extracurricular teaching activities. But this kind of talk should not be a continuation of in-class teaching, nor should it be an unorganized indulgence. Teachers should organize students according to different classes, levels, levels and hobbies. The art teaching advocated by the new curriculum reform should pay attention to students' feelings about art, pay more attention to the relationship between art and culture and history in the cultivation of expressiveness and creativity, create a teaching organization conducive to students' autonomous learning, let students feel beauty, discover beauty and create beauty in a relaxed atmosphere, and strive to organize teaching with new ideas in teaching to achieve better teaching results. As an art teacher, I should do this well and make myself a qualified teacher.
