Shenzhen Construction Industry Association was established on February 28th, 1988. The business guidance department is Shenzhen Construction Bureau, and the registration authority is Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau.

The Association consists of a secretariat, an expert committee, three branches (registered architect branch/construction machinery management and leasing branch/chief engineer committee) and three legal entities (Shenzhen Construction Training Center/Shenzhen Construction Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute/Shenzhen Changhe Property Management Company).
