The Chinese-English Center of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education is responsible for the promotion and implementation management of the project in the whole country, and implements a two-level management system, that is, according to the needs, contractors are set up in all provinces or localities of the country, and under the unified requirements, they are responsible for the promotion and organization of the project in this province and this system. The provinces or system contractors certified by the China-UK Center are responsible for organizing registration and training examination management, and hiring experts and professors to form a professional steering group to guide the specific implementation of the training examination for children's English learning system in Cambridge.
Third, the test content of Cambridge children's English learning system
Cambridge children's English learning system focuses on learning and training, starting with cultivating children's basic English language ability and language sense, cultivating students' English language thinking ability, and establishing self-confidence and sense of honor in English learning. The learning characteristics of this system are "basic-easy-interesting-practical-continuous", and it is connected with the English Test Band 5 of Cambridge University Examination Committee.
Internationally, the requirements of the Level 3 Examination designed by the Examination Committee of Cambridge University are (European standard):
Level 1: suitable for students aged 6-8 who have learned English for about 100 hours and mastered nearly 400 words;
Level 2: Suitable for students aged 8- 1 1 year who have mastered about 600 words after about 175 hours of English study;

The Chinese-English Center is responsible for the national organization and management of the examination, and the organizers organize the examination centers in all provinces and systems to implement the examination in strict accordance with the detailed rules for the implementation of the examination formulated by our center. The organizer shall collectively handle the registration formalities with the training institution as the unit. The relevant registration time, place and relevant procedures shall be uniformly notified by the organizer. The organizer sets up test sites according to the number of applicants. Each test site is arranged with 30 people as the standard number, and each test site is equipped with two invigilators. The training and examination of this learning system will adopt the principle of "facing the society and voluntarily registering" and be popularized in qualified schools and social teaching units.
Management of intransitive verb training institutions

Training institutions should conduct training in strict accordance with the contents and requirements of the textbooks provided by the Chinese and English Center of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, and accept supervision, inspection, guidance and evaluation. In areas without contractors, the Chinese-English Center of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education directly or entrusts relevant departments to manage the certification.
Seven, the results released
Participants who take the training examination can obtain a realism certificate jointly issued by the Chinese-English Center of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education and the Examination Committee of Cambridge University (UCELS). The certificate is written in both Chinese and English.
Eight, system convergence

Cambridge University's CET-3 conforms to the "five-level subject" test designed by Cambridge University for adults.
