How to maintain Suzhou servo hydraulic press?
Servo hydraulic press is an energy-saving and efficient hydraulic press which uses servo motor to drive the main transmission oil pump, reduces the control valve loop and controls the hydraulic press slider. Servo hydraulic press has the advantages of energy saving, low noise, less heating, high degree of automation, high precision, high efficiency and convenient maintenance, and is suitable for stamping, die forging, press fitting and straightening. Proper use of mechanical equipment, careful maintenance and strict implementation of safety operation procedures are necessary conditions for prolonging the service life of equipment and ensuring safe production.

1, the liquid level of the oil tank should always be kept high enough to make the oil in the system have sufficient circulating cooling conditions, and pay attention to keeping the oil tank, oil pipe and other equipment clean to facilitate heat dissipation. The general safe oil temperature is 30℃-55℃, which is the most suitable temperature, with the highest performance and the longest service life.

2. Hydraulic oil is the energy transfer medium when the hydraulic station works. Its quality, cleanliness and viscosity play a leading role in the life of hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve and hydraulic cylinder, so we should attach great importance to the quality of hydraulic oil and keep it clean when using hydraulic station. The oil used in the hydraulic system must be strictly filtered, and the hydraulic system should be equipped with an oil filter.

3. The working oil should be replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months; In order to ensure the reliable operation of the press, it is suggested that some parts of the press must be replaced after reaching the service life cycle.

4. The slider should be lubricated frequently, the appearance of the column should be kept clean, and oil should be sprayed before each work. In order to prevent dust and water from falling into the oil, the periphery of the oil tank should be kept clean and maintained regularly.

5. The working pressure of the system is to set the output pressure of the hydraulic pump through the pressure regulating valve. In general, the set pressure cannot exceed the rated pressure originally designed, otherwise it may damage the hydraulic pump, jam the hydraulic valve or burn out the motor. Under the nominal pressure of 500T, the maximum allowable eccentricity of concentrated load is 40mm. Excessive eccentricity is easy to cause column strain or other undesirable phenomena.

6. It is recommended to calibrate and check the pressure gauge once every six months;

7. If the machine stops for a long time, the surface of each added part should be scrubbed clean and coated with antirust oil.
