Tsinghua Strong Foundation Plan Strong Foundation Plan is a pilot program for enrollment reform of basic disciplines in some colleges and universities after the Ministry of Education canceled independent enrollment (also called strong foundation plan). The strong foundation program mainly selects and trains students who are interested in serving the country's major strategic needs, with excellent comprehensive quality or top-notch basic disciplines.

The enrollment conditions of the strong foundation plan shall be formulated by the enrollment institutions. For details, please refer to the enrollment brochures, enrollment majors, enrollment conditions and other information of the colleges you apply for.

It is known that the condition for applying for the strong foundation program is that the total score of the college entrance examination shall not be less than 85%. Mainly for high-end chips and software, intelligent technology, new materials, advanced manufacturing, national security and other key areas, as well as the humanities and social sciences where national talents are scarce, select and train students who are interested in serving the country's major strategic needs, with excellent comprehensive quality or top-notch basic disciplines.
