Those who have signed the contract may be considered as breaching the contract and will be dismissed. But it should be a probation period. If you want to leave, it is still very convenient. You can leave in a week at most.

It doesn't matter if you don't sign the contract. If you can find yourself a better job during the training period, it is certainly better to have a choice. But out of courtesy, you'd better say hello before you leave.
