Content introduction: Chili fried meat (fried code), beef offal powder, trotter noodles, three fresh noodles, Tianjin beef powder, celery fried meat (fried code), braised pork ribs powder, braised pork powder (fried code), braised pork (fried code), original shredded pork powder and so on.

Course duration: one week.

Daily schedule: presentation 1 to 2 times (3 class hours) and training 1 to 2 times (3 class hours) every day.
