Local public security fire departments actively cooperate with functional departments such as education, construction, civil affairs, safety production, justice, culture, science and technology, and social organizations such as women's federations, trade unions, * * Youth League committees, and youth working committees, and * * * organize mass fire prevention publicity and education activities in the whole society, actively promote fire prevention knowledge into schools, classrooms, and textbooks, and incorporate fire prevention knowledge into the education content of primary and secondary school students; Incorporate legal education, popular science education, spiritual civilization construction and cultural "three rural areas" activities; Organize activities such as establishing "Five Good Families", "Young Volunteers" and "Firehawk Medal"; Guide the establishment of mass organizations such as "Juvenile Fire Police School", "Mother's Fire Brigade" and "Elderly Compulsory Fire Propaganda Team", and organize and carry out colorful fire fighting activities in a planned way; Supervise and guide all social organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions to incorporate fire safety education and training into the daily management of their own units, and regularly carry out fire fighting and safety evacuation drills. The Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Education, the Working Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the All-China Women's Federation and other relevant departments jointly set up the "National Steering Committee for Women and Children's Fire Education Activities" to guide the development of the national fire publicity work for women and children.

Public security fire departments actively promote the construction of fire museums and disaster prevention education museums. At present, China Fire Protection Museum is under construction, including Qingdao Fire Protection Museum, Shanghai Fire Protection Museum, Guizhou Disaster Prevention Education Museum, Chongqing Fire Protection Education and Training Base, Beijing Disaster Prevention Education Base, Hunan Fire Protection Museum, etc.

The Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security, together with the China Association for Science and Technology and the China Fire Protection Association, launched nationwide activities to establish a fire science education base. The first batch of 29 fixed fire propaganda bases with advanced facilities, complete functions and rich contents were awarded the title of "National Fire Science Education Base" and officially listed in 2004.

All parts of the country actively use literary forms to carry out fire prevention publicity activities. Shanghai, Liaoning, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Hunan and other fire departments also have amateur fire art troupes. Local professional literary and art groups are also hired to compile and create fire-fighting art programs to perform in local areas, and fire-fighting TV art evenings are jointly held with local TV stations to widely carry out fire-fighting art propaganda.

The fire department also actively organizes the production of various fire-fighting knowledge books, posters (wall charts), audio-visual products and other fire-fighting publicity materials to be distributed to the masses; Through holding various fire exhibitions, fire knowledge contests, fire essays, fire forums and other forms, we will carry out fire publicity activities.
