Training management system for radiation workers
Training, physical examination and health care system for radiation workers. Under the leadership of the dean, the radiation safety management team implements the department director responsibility system. The director of radiology shall exercise unified leadership and management over the members of the radiation safety management team. The director of the department is generally a subject leader and a senior doctor.

Second, technical training plan: Plan to implement different imaging methods for doctors, and strive to master all imaging methods in an all-round way, so as to give full play to the advantages of comprehensive diagnosis. Encourage senior attending physicians to study according to the human anatomy system and train them to become experts in a certain field. Technicians are relatively fixed and rotate regularly, master the operation and use of various equipment in radiology department, and realize multi-function; The department head comprehensively manages the work of personnel in each position and arranges professional training and improvement of personnel at all levels in a planned way.

3. Radiation training plan: prepare to participate in the safety knowledge training of radioisotopes and radiation devices organized by Hebei Radiation Environmental Monitoring Station; Ensure that every operator is trained, strengthen the radiation safety education of operators, enhance the adjustability of operators in radiation work posts, ensure that radiation personnel take turns to work, and try to achieve the principle of "protection and safety optimization". All radiation workers receive training and education in laws and regulations and knowledge of radiation safety and protection every year.

4. Staff physical examination system: radiation workers should have health examination every year and establish occupational health monitoring files. Occupational health monitoring files include the following contents:

(1) Employee's occupational history, previous occupational history and occupational hazard exposure history;

(2) Monitoring results of occupational hazard factors in corresponding workplaces;

(three) the results of occupational health examination and its handling;

(4) Workers' health information such as occupational disease diagnosis and treatment.

5. Employee health care system: radiation workers can enjoy 2-4 weeks of health care leave every year according to the radiation dose and length of service, except other holidays. Employees who have been engaged in radiation work for more than 25 years are entitled to 2-4 weeks of convalescence every year during their vacation. Equipment safety management

Imaging equipment is expensive, high precision and large equipment, which is the basic condition for medical examination and stable image quality. Therefore, the safety management of equipment is particularly important.

1. Ensure that the environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) of the computer room meet the standards and meet the requirements of the machine, and implement the cleaning and dustproof measures.

2. Implement the responsibility system for special plane personnel and the responsibility system for machine maintenance posts and machine room posts, and the responsible person is responsible for machine maintenance.

3. Strictly abide by the operating rules of the machine, cut off the power supply immediately if there is any abnormality during use, avoid "working with illness" and report to the mechanic immediately.

4. When the machine fails to report, the machine maintenance personnel should immediately carry out emergency maintenance, and can only deliver it after confirming the failure, and make a written record of emergency maintenance.

5. The mechanic should be fully responsible for the management of undergraduate mechanical equipment, and regularly check the reliability of machine grounding to prevent electric shock.

6. All newly installed or overhauled mechanical equipment shall be inspected and accepted according to the determined technical parameter standards, and can only be used after passing the inspection. The machines in use should be tested regularly.
