Every insurance company has corresponding training, because it is pre-job training, so some companies charge 100 yuan, but some companies will return it. 1 month training should be to learn some basic insurance knowledge and sales skills, and later it should be used for meeting customers and selling. I didn't make it clear during the interview. When I meet someone, I either try it or jump ship in time.
