First, strengthening the publicity and education of safety production, constantly improving the awareness of workers' safety production, and strengthening the publicity and education of workers' safety production are the basis for doing a good job in labor protection of safety production. Trade unions should grasp several key points in publicity and education: First, trade union publicity and education work should adhere to the spirit of being highly responsible to enterprises and employees, and comprehensively improve the safety quality of employees, with the aim of preventing and reducing all kinds of casualties and protecting the labor safety and occupational health of employees. Trade unions at all levels should make full use of various propaganda tools, regularly publicize the laws and regulations of the party and the state on safety production and labor protection, the rules and regulations of enterprise safety production, the scientific and technological knowledge and advanced experience of labor protection and safety production, and make full use of various forms to hold safety knowledge contests, essays and speeches in time. It is necessary to earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees in production safety and ensure the implementation of employees' right to know, participate and supervise in production safety.
