Basic requirements for the approval and establishment of online institutions
1, content health: training content should spread correct values.
2. Qualified teachers: the person in charge of the institution must have China nationality and live in China; Teaching and research personnel must obtain the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers, and the employment of foreigners must comply with the relevant provisions of the state.
3. Teaching compliance: the difficulty and progress of the course are appropriate, which must not exceed the corresponding national curriculum standards, and must match the enrollment grade and adapt to the students' personal ability; In the compulsory education stage, international courses and overseas teaching materials shall not be introduced into subject training.
4. The platform is controllable: the off-campus online training platform should have the functions of eye protection and parental supervision, and the training content and related data information on the platform must be kept for more than 1 year (the video materials of on-site teaching must be kept for at least 6 months).
