Induction training evaluation

(1) All new hotel employees must attend the induction training organized by the training department before taking up their posts.

(2) Attendance and assessment management of induction training shall be implemented in accordance with Hotel Induction Training Instruction. If the employee fails to attend the training due to special reasons, it shall be approved in writing by the manager of the employee's department and the human resources department, and the induction training course shall be made up before the employee becomes a regular and graded.

(3) After employees attend the induction training, they must take the written test organized by the training department, and the test results will be stored in the employees' personal files as the basis for employees' future employment and grading.

(4) Employees who have not participated in induction training at the end of the probation period may not become full employees or enjoy formal employee benefits. The hotel will extend the probation period or dismiss according to the actual situation.

(5) The examination form is written examination.

1. Assessment contents: hotel profile, employee handbook, rules and regulations, hotel professional ethics and gfd, courtesy standards, public English, fire safety and emergency measures, etc.

2. Assessment criteria: an average employee with a score of 60 or above is qualified, a team leader with a score of 70 or above is qualified, and a supervisor with a score of 80 or above is qualified.

3. Employees who fail the induction training exam will make up the exam or refuse to be hired as appropriate.
