At present, Prosper Baoshan Logistics Park is experimenting with technologies such as storage and sorting RaaS, energy storage equipment, cleaning robots and unmanned aerial vehicles to evaluate their effectiveness.

Benchmarking Park brings together the technical operation and intelligent management standards of ProLogis asset operation service ASP, including one-stop services such as intelligent access control, intelligent security, intelligent fire protection, intelligent energy consumption, asset management and AI innovative service, and ensures the efficient operation, safety and reliability of the park by scientific and digital means.

On the opening day, ProLogis also opened the ProLogis Smart Park Experience Center, which is open to customers and industries as a digital training base and interactive product exhibition hall. The experience center focuses on the intelligent operation center. Through the International Olympic Committee, park managers can fully grasp the general situation of park operation, obtain real-time information of people and vehicles entering and leaving the park, as well as security and fire alarm notices, and obtain comprehensive information on energy consumption management and carbon emissions.

In addition, Prologis ASP has also released "Prologis Operation Optimization Service Product", which uses standardized system and scientific management tools to output lightweight service mode.

In the same period, Prologis held several cooperation signing ceremonies. ProLogis Infrastructure Asset Management Service-ProLogis Asset Operation Service ASP has signed asset management and related cooperation projects with 9 units including Hanzhong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Longyan Investment and Development Group, Jinan Development Zone Development Group, Debon Express, Benyu International, and Golden Engineering. ProLogis Digital Technology Business Chain Technology signed cooperation agreements with Shanghai Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Center, Tianzheng Electric and Sichuan-Tibet Logistics Park.

At present, ProLogis asset operation service ASP provides services to more than 500 ProLogis parks and expansion parks and more than 3,000 customers. The managed logistics infrastructure covers an area of more than 40 million square meters, and hundreds of thousands of vehicles and people enter and leave the park every day. Internet technology has delivered more than 300 smart parks and provided more than 30 smart application scenarios.
