Third, the work content of the trainer
1. Training demand survey: Participate in the survey and analysis of training demand, understand the current situation of students and the organizer's expectations for the course, and then plan the training content.
2. Training content planning: according to the training needs, prepare training handouts, study materials, collect materials, information cases and activities related to the course, deeply understand and effectively integrate the training content, design training teaching methods, ensure the professionalism and vividness of the training content, and ensure that the training methods conform to the students' learning habits.
3. Training, teaching and implementation: teach courses professionally and vividly, do a good job of on-site control, and constantly improve training courses according to course feedback; Participate in the planning, curriculum development, lecturer selection and implementation of key training projects; Ensure that all training and staff development activities achieve the expected results.
4. Summary of training effect: make training records and track the feedback after training, analyze and summarize the training work, and put forward reasonable suggestions on training management and curriculum improvement; Evaluate the training effect and submit the analysis report.
