After the training, the trainees will also participate in the 26 Rules for Practitioners formulated by Ping An Company and the Exhibition Certificate of China Insurance Regulatory Commission for Acting Practitioners issued by the State Insurance Regulatory Commission.
That's not all. There will be a customs clearance meeting at last. Customs clearance meeting refers to simulating a scene of communication with customers during inspection. Candidates choose a role to interact with the examiner. After these examinations, newcomers can carry out various insurance businesses.

The reason is this: once his girlfriend resigned because of unsatisfactory work, but his girlfriend belongs to the kind of girl who loves vanity and wants to buy some jewelry necklaces without money. Just then, the salesman just received the renewal premium from three people, but it was not handed over to the company on time. According to the company's regulations, the premium should be paid to the company within 24 hours after receipt, but the salesman took a loophole because the insurance period has a grace period of two months, and the payment within these two months is regarded as valid. So, in order to satisfy his girlfriend's desire to buy jewelry, the salesman misappropriated the premium privately.
Unexpectedly, during this period, one of the customers had an accident and then reported the case to the company for claim. However, as soon as the report came out, the company found that the customer did not pay the premium, and the customer was shocked. He obviously handed it in for more than a month. How can he say he didn't pay it? So I checked in the insurance company and found that it was caused by misappropriation by this salesman. In a rage, the customer sued the salesman. At the same time, Ping An Company immediately cleared this salesman and reported it to the "blacklist" of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, which means that this salesman will never have a chance to step into the insurance industry in his life.
And to make salesmen have such consciousness from the first day they step into peace, it is inseparable from strict quality training.
