The most important project should have some practical experience. 1, proficient in PHP+MYSQL programming, familiar with HTML, Div, CSS, JavaScript, Smarty template technology; Common design patterns must be mastered, and design patterns are the summary and experience of predecessors; 2. Familiar with the mainstream PHP framework and website development process; 3. Have good programming habits, good communication skills, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems; Able to complete module development independently; 4, html/css must know, you are not required to know div+css, but at least know, because php is the language used by embedded html; 5. Familiar with Linux development environment; Linux doesn't need a chance, so it would be better if it did. Generally speaking, companies have dedicated server administrators.
