After a long struggle, I finally solved the general class cadre team. I am finally relieved. But these children are indifferent to the class and have nothing to do with themselves. I am a little disappointed by their high attitude. Although this is only a 14-day summer camp, I think the team spirit they lack should be possessed wherever they go and under whatever circumstances. These children, when they are good, are obedient and cooperate with me and foreign teachers, but when they are bad, they don't listen to anything, which makes them angry. I just want to perform, but I hesitate to think that I can't do it well. Obviously, it is interesting to cause a little pain, but he cried for his mother and wanted to quit the camp. Obviously, it is meaningless gossip to call a flower name, but you should meet each other with your fists and eyes in tears. Maybe when our generation is the same age, we will always complain to the teacher: teacher, he hit me! Teacher, I can patiently help them solve the coordination before he calls me, but later, I really feel too tired, and sometimes I have to go there for a meeting, so I can't stay in the classroom and wait to solve these disputes. Later, I decided to break them one by one. Anyway, after dinner and bath, they still have time, so they called a few naughty classmates to do ideological work. Some students are efficient, but others are stubborn. After listening to them today, they seem to understand that they will continue to go their own way in class tomorrow. At the beginning of the summer camp, I always wanted to do my work perfectly and put a lot of pressure on myself. I am very tired and hard. One minute I give you a pathetic expression, and then I change into an innocent and helpless mood, or I do a lot of work to cover my face and break the jar. In desperation, sometimes I turn a blind eye. On this point, when I was free to chat with Morgan, he also taught me a lesson. As for the principle, once it is settled, it can't be changed at once, except in an emergency. But in management behavior, being soft-hearted like me is a taboo.
