Judicial organs, supervision, auditing, personnel, finance, news, culture, publishing and other relevant departments shall establish a joint conference system for the prevention of duty crimes, exchange information and strengthen work contact and coordination. Article 9 Procuratorial organs shall perform their legal supervision functions according to law and organize and coordinate the prevention of duty crimes.
The duty of the procuratorial organ to prevent duty crimes is:
(a) in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate plans to prevent job-related crimes;

The relevant units should seriously rectify and timely feedback the rectification situation. Eleventh news, culture, publishing units should use various forms of publicity to prevent job-related crimes, and supervise the job behavior of state functionaries by public opinion. Article 12 The people's government and its functional departments shall administer according to law, strictly govern the government and make government affairs public.
When making decisions on major issues such as economy and society, measures to prevent duty crimes should be formulated at the same time and organized for implementation.
To exercise the power of administrative examination and approval, we should standardize the examination and approval items, procedures and results according to law and accept social supervision.
Government procurement should follow the principles of openness, fairness, justice and efficiency, establish and improve the supervision and restriction mechanism, and ensure the integrity of government procurement. Thirteenth judicial organs shall perform their duties according to law, strengthen and improve the supervision and restriction mechanism, open trials, procuratorial work and police affairs, enforce the law impartially, be honest and efficient, ensure judicial justice and prevent duty crimes. Fourteenth state-owned companies, enterprises and institutions should establish and improve various management systems, and strengthen the management and supervision of senior managers and personnel in important positions such as finance, supply and sales.
State-owned companies, enterprises and institutions shall not appoint or employ persons with bad records such as criminal punishment as legal representatives, financial directors, chief financial officers and accountants in violation of laws and regulations such as companies, accountants and securities. Article 15 State functionaries shall abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations, consciously accept supervision and guard against duty crimes. Article 16 State functionaries shall not take advantage of their positions to defile the integrity of their positions and infringe upon the ownership of public and private property.
State functionaries shall not engage in malpractices for selfish ends, abuse their powers, neglect their duties, or interfere with the normal activities of state organs; Shall not use their powers to infringe upon citizens' personal rights and democratic rights. Eighteenth state organs, state-owned companies, enterprises and institutions, people's organizations should incorporate the education of duty crime prevention into the training plan, and strengthen the legal education, moral education and duty crime prevention education for state staff.
The employing unit shall incorporate the job code of conduct and the education on duty crime prevention into the probation training and on-the-job training of state staff.
