She studies well, but she is afraid to speak in front of her classmates. As long as she stands up, she is too nervous to say a word. The students are worried about her. She has also become a famous "coward" in our class. Help her practice her courage. I often ask her questions in class, which are all easy questions, and I dare not speak for fear that she will be nervous when she encounters problems. And often talk to her privately to encourage her. I found her English very good. I tried to get her to read aloud with everyone in the English study of one sentence a week at school. She boldly stepped onto the platform and read aloud without shyness. The students are also very excited. Under her guidance, they all read aloud. In the future, every time our class organizes a speech, she can boldly go on stage. A classmate once commented on her speech like this. He said: "Teacher, although Zhuang Yuting's reading today is not very smooth, she can finally boldly come to the front." I think she is the best today! So I talked to him alone to understand his thoughts and help him understand why his classmates don't agree with him on duty. He said that as long as he can be a good student, he is willing to correct his shortcomings and be strict with himself in his speech. So I asked the opinions of the whole class, let him express his position in the class, and won the trust and support of the students. Finally, he became a student on duty. During Zhou Sheng's tenure, he was serious and responsible for his work, leaving early and returning late. Moreover, I am also responsible for the uncleanness of the campus, and I am strict with myself in all aspects. I affirmed his progress in the class in time, and put forward higher requirements for him at the same time, and gradually he established his prestige in front of his classmates. In the face of children's progress, I realized that more sincere preference, more emotional communication and more tolerance for special children can make him stand up and stride forward. Love is the starting point of education, the means and methods of education, the skills and strategies of education. Love is a great emotion that can bring up new people.
