1. The National College for Judges is a directly affiliated institution of the Supreme People's Court and the main institution for the education and training of judges in China. Established in 1997, its predecessor was the National Amateur Law University for Court Cadres established in 1985 and the China Senior Judge Training Center established in 1988.

2.2065438+In September 2005, the new campus of the College in Hu Axiang, Fengtai District was officially opened. The new campus covers an area of 248 mu, with a construction area of nearly 60,000 square meters, and can train 750 people at the same time. The old campus is located in Tianchengqiao, Tongzhou District, covering an area of 75 mu and can train 300 people at the same time.

3. Its main tasks and responsibilities are to train presidents and vice presidents of China Higher People's Court and Intermediate People's Court, senior judges of courts at all levels and their reserve talents for appointment, renewal and promotion, special training for trial business and pre-job training for reserve judges.
