To build a socialist country ruled by law, it is necessary to gradually improve citizens' legal awareness, for example, employees in enterprises should know, understand, abide by and protect the law.

In addition, I preached the theoretical knowledge I learned this time to all employees in time to enhance their legal awareness. Especially the legal knowledge related to the immediate interests of employees, such as: basic rights: how to sign a labor contract, so that they know that the labor contract signed in accordance with laws and administrative regulations is the main basis for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. At the same time, publicize the matters that should be paid attention to when signing labor contracts for them. Such as: labor contract term, specific work content, labor protection, remuneration and so on. At the same time, let all employees know what the five insurances and one gold provided by the enterprise to all employees are, what is the proportion, how to pay and distinguish the basic old-age insurance and commercial insurance, and how to use the basic medical insurance to protect their physical and mental health. In addition, during the duration of the labor contract, employees can apply for work-related injury identification in time after work-related injuries occur in their posts. At the same time, remind them that when safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests, they must not exceed the time limit prescribed by Chinese laws.
