Liangzhu Culture-Liangzhu Culture is one of the Neolithic cultural sites in China, distributed in Taihu Lake area in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, with Liangzhu in Zhejiang Province as the center. It is named after Hongshanhou site first discovered in the suburb of Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The above two places should be the earliest places where jade articles have been found at present. It's hard to say which is earlier.
