I. Accepting institutions
According to the relevant provisions of the state, the qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers are recognized by the education bureaus of counties (cities, districts). Senior middle school teachers' qualifications, secondary vocational school teachers' qualifications and secondary vocational school practice guidance teachers' qualifications shall be reported to Quanzhou Education Bureau for confirmation after being audited by the county (city, district) Education Bureau.
Second, the identification object and conditions
Those who have not reached the statutory retirement age of the country, meet the requirements of the country and our province, participate in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and obtain the certificate of primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination issued by the examination center of the Ministry of Education and are within the validity period, or those who have obtained the professional ability certificate of normal school teachers and are within the validity period. Those who meet the above conditions must also meet one of the following conditions: 1. Persons with household registration or residence (must apply for local residence permit and within the validity period) in our city; 2. Graduates and graduate students from full-time colleges and universities in our city; 3. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold residence permits for studying, working and living in our city or mainland travel permit for taiwan residents who holds a pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland and is valid for five years, and participate in the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in Fujian Province; 4. Active servicemen of the troops stationed in the spring (including active armed police).
Three, the types of teacher qualifications and academic qualifications.
(a) kindergarten teacher qualification, should have graduated from kindergarten normal school and above;

(3) Teachers in junior middle schools should have a junior college degree or above graduated from normal colleges or other universities;

The valid academic qualifications recognized by teachers refer to the national academic series recognized by the administrative department of education in the State Council, which can be queried on the China Higher Education Student Information Network () or certified by the Student Service and Quality Development Center of the Ministry of Education. Academic degrees obtained outside the country (territory) can be used as qualified academic degrees to identify the qualifications of corresponding teachers after being certified by the "Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education".
Fourth, the timetable.

(2) Time and requirements for physical examination
1. 4. The applicant's medical report must reach the conclusion of "qualified". Seven, matters needing attention
Applicants are requested to make online declaration, physical examination and on-site audit. According to the time, place and requirements stipulated by the authorized institution. If the application is not completed within the specified time due to reasons such as missing the application time, choosing the wrong accreditation body or on-site confirmation point, incorrect application information or incomplete submission materials, the accreditation body will no longer accept the application, and the responsibility will be borne by the applicant.
