Grass-roots cadres directly deal with the masses of workers face to face. First, the main problems existing in the current work style construction of grassroots cadres. As far as the overall situation of grassroots cadres is concerned, their mainstream is good, their literacy is high, their ability is strong, and they can be competent and adapt to the requirements of current grassroots work on the whole. However, measured by high standards, there are still some problems that cannot be ignored in the current work style construction of grassroots cadres, which need serious consideration. To sum up, it is mainly manifested in the following eight aspects: First, listlessness. It is that some grassroots cadres have relaxed their demands on themselves in comparison, their political consciousness has weakened, their enterprising thoughts have weakened, their ideals and beliefs have lost, and their spirits have been sluggish. Some grassroots cadres are decadent and negative. Or feel that the working environment at the grass-roots level is too bad, or that the wages and benefits are too low, or that it doesn't matter whether you do it or not. As long as you don't make a big mistake, the organization can't help itself, is too lazy to do anything, doesn't like anyone, is indifferent to work, is ruthless to comrades, lacks enthusiasm and passion for work, and doesn't even have the minimum enterprising spirit, sense of responsibility, ambition and enterprise. Second, the concept is not new. That is to say, some grassroots cadres are subjectively presumptuous, with outdated ideas and concepts, stick to the rules in their work, wear new shoes, lack pioneering spirit and innovative consciousness, and their thinking mode and working methods are obviously behind the pace of the times and the current development situation. Third, the style is not true. That is to say, some grassroots cadres are not enterprising, their work is not in-depth and meticulous, they pay more attention to promises than cash, their style of work is floating and passive, their minds are not at work, and their work is not in a state. Or content with the status quo, afraid of difficulties and hardships; Or don't make progress, muddle along; Or choose light and fear heavy, perfunctory. " Under the leadership of some departments, grass-roots units just go through the motions, take a look, ask questions, and then find a place to chat and take a turn, without involving specific issues, touching the contradiction between linen and yarn, and not solving practical difficulties. What's more, they abuse power for personal gain, compete with the people for profits, run enterprises through business, pay more attention to personal interests, and make a big fuss about the pursuit of personal wealth. Fifth, the consciousness is not high. It is just that some of our grassroots cadres, influenced by the unhealthy trend and money worship prevailing in today's society, do not pay attention to dedication, work treatment, unity and interests, and love face. They like to care about personal gains and losses, overemphasize departmental interests, and lack correct outlook on life and values. Some even lose the principle of party spirit, personal dignity and the interests of the masses for their own self-interest. Sixth, the ability is not strong. It is that some of our grassroots cadres usually do not pay attention to reading books and newspapers, study and think, improve their own ability and level, and lack the concept of continuing education and lifelong learning. At present, many grassroots cadres spend their thoughts, time and energy on entertainment halls, mahjong tables, welcoming and cumbersome entertainment. They are content with the knowledge and skills of the past, not enterprising and ignorant. They are used to using old methods and experiences to analyze, think and solve problems in a coordinated way, but their ability to innovate and organize and coordinate is insufficient, and their ability to administer according to law and control the market economy is still very low. Seventh, self-discipline is lax. That is, some of our grassroots cadres have loose work discipline, poor organizational discipline, serious hegemonism and rampant liberalism. As long as you are free, don't be disciplined, be late for work and leave early, and have online games and home chats during work hours. Some people often spread negative thoughts, ignore the principle of party spirit and work boldly. If you have a bad style, you dare not take care of difficult things or tell the truth. What's more, they ignore the party discipline and state laws, even violate ethics and morality, loaf around, do whatever they want, do not pay attention to their words and deeds, and do not pay attention to personal moral cultivation. Eight is the bad image. It is that some of our grassroots cadres do not pay attention to their identity and image when they speak or do things, confuse themselves with the common people, have a bad style of work, and behave badly. Some even openly participate in gambling, are fond of eating, drinking, whoring and gambling, have corrupted their ideology and morality, and have corrupted their lives, which has had a very bad influence on the workers and the masses. Second, some suggestions for grassroots cadres to strengthen their self-cultivation and enhance their image. At present, the above-mentioned problems in the work style of grassroots cadres directly affect and damage the image and prestige of the party, seriously weaken the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the party at the grassroots level, and are not conducive to promoting the scientific and healthy development of the cause of the party and the people. As grassroots comrades, we must attach great importance to this and seriously study and solve it. Then, under the new situation of deepening reform and opening up and vigorously developing the socialist market economy, how should every grass-roots comrade, especially grass-roots cadres, strengthen their self-cultivation more consciously in combination with the activities of striving for Excellence? The second is to strengthen faith. Lofty ideals and firm beliefs are the powerful spiritual pillar and inexhaustible motive force for every grass-roots cadre to stand on his own post, pursue his career and realize his ambition, especially to overcome difficulties and setbacks at the grass-roots level and develop the cause of the Party. " As a grass-roots cadre in party member, his working conditions and living environment are relatively poor, and his social status and welfare are relatively low. Restricted and influenced by various factors, relatively speaking, grassroots cadres are more casual in life and blind in work.
