5. Training in violation of training advertisement requirements.

According to Article 9 of Opinions on Standardizing the Development of Off-campus Training Institutions issued by the Ministry of Education and other eight departments, off-campus training institutions are not allowed to publish false advertisements, exaggerate the training effect and induce parents and students to exceed the standard consumption.

6. Conduct training in violation of training management requirements.

According to Article 10 of the Opinions on Standardizing the Development of Off-campus Training Institutions issued by the Ministry of Education and other eight departments, off-campus training institutions should establish and improve the safety management system, and equip them with necessary safety facilities to ensure the safety of training.

7, other violations of laws and regulations to carry out training.

In addition to the above provisions, off-campus training institutions shall not organize or organize collective make-up classes in disguised form, shall not employ in-service teachers to make up classes for students, and shall not induce students to purchase supplementary materials in violation of regulations.
