Second, the image of moral supremacy.
"Morality first" is an important principle for us to be servants. Only when we have noble moral quality can class members truly obey orders and commands willingly, and we can do a good job in the internal unity of class members. Only by uniting all the members of the class can the class collective have combat effectiveness, put all its strength into the work of the squadron, serve the people wholeheartedly and be a loyal guardian of the party and the people.
Third, be loyal to your duties and take responsibility.
As a class manager, the monitor must have more sense of responsibility to be loyal to his duties. We should have a sense of responsibility to be loyal to our duties, a sense of responsibility to "honor my class, shame my class", truly take the class as our home, make more efforts in class work, win more honors in the class, inspire more class cadres, and do it wholeheartedly.
Only a responsible monitor can be said to be a successful monitor in class cadre service.
Fourth, take the lead in setting an example
The monitor is the person closest to the students in daily life, and also the person who can influence the students most. Every word and deed of the monitor will affect the students, so the monitor should be strict with himself in life, work hard in training and be a good example.
Five, dare to be the first to have the ability
As a monitor, you should also have certain working ability. If the monitor can't do well, where will you take the lead? If the monitor is not competent enough, how can we ask the students to do well? Then the monitor is not a competent monitor, so as a monitor, you should always remind yourself that you can enjoy the title of monitor.
