According to the "Regulations on the Resettlement of Retired Soldiers", if the twenty-ninth retired soldiers meet one of the following conditions, the people's government shall arrange the work:

(1) Non-commissioned officers have served in active service for 12 years;

(three) disabled by war, was assessed as five to eight disabled;
