Fanyin Yoga Club was founded in 2002 as Beijing Yoga, located in Shunyi, Beijing. In 2005, Beijing Yoga entered Chaoyang District and established a flagship club, renamed Sanskrit Yoga.
The museum provides eight yoga, mobile yoga, hatha yoga, Bickram Bikram yoga, vitality yoga, Iyengar yoga, Yin yoga, children yoga and pregnant women yoga. Qiuyu Rao, the founder of Sherri, goes to India to study for several months every year, and frequently invites internationally renowned yoga masters to the museum for training, so as to continuously improve his teaching level and make Sanskrit yoga have a more solid teaching foundation.
Sanskrit Yoga is a comprehensive yoga school, offering various yoga exercises. Each faction has its own different amount of exercise and practice methods to adapt to different groups of people. Only by choosing yoga practice that suits its current situation can it be enjoyable. Sanskrit Yoga is the earliest training base in China to carry out eight traditional yoga courses, and the first to hire eight instructors authorized by Mr. Yoga Master.
At present, Sanskrit Yoga teaches a series of internationally recognized yoga courses, which are both traditional and popular. There are three yoga clubs in Beijing: Lanbao International Center in Chaoyang District, Lemmon Lake Villa Club in Shunyi and Hudashanzhuang in Shunyi.
Yoga essentials:
1, sitting in a chair, knees together, spine straight.
2. Inhale, put your arms on your back and put your palms together. Elbow adduction.
