1, bachelor degree or above, with clinical, nursing and medical background;

2. More than 3 years of clinical project management experience, trained in standardized GCP and SOP, and experience in SMO/CRC-PM is preferred;

3. Good communication, coordination and team management skills, service awareness and customer-centric potential;

4. CET-4 and above, good reading and writing skills are preferred; Willing to have long-term career development (SMO) in the field of clinical coordination; Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel and PPT.
