OCM:
Preconditions for the OCM exam:

Oracle Bone Inscriptions Database Certification Examination Process: OCA-OCP-OCM
OCA examination can be registered in any training and examination center authorized by Oracle Bone Inscriptions or VUE examination room.
OCP certificate can only be obtained after the original factory training authorized by ORACLE or the training examination of authorized center of Oracle WDP program. At present, the OCM test in China can only be conducted at Oracle Bone Inscriptions University in Beijing and Shanghai. The exam lasts for 2 days and costs 2000 dollars.
