My personal opinion is that the seats are not very good. I know that there is a postal service next to that place ~ ~ ~ which is not popular enough. The people you see are passers-by and people who change trains. Not many people are willing to go ~ ~ ~ People who love sports but spend money on sports are generally people with some money ~ Spending money on sports is not the way of life of ordinary people.

As for the chess room, I don't know, because there are many business people there, who may play when they are bored, and now there are chess rooms in general communities, the kind that want to play cards outside the clubhouse.

Personally, PS2 can't make much money.

Not many young people.

Second, there are no universities, high schools and junior high schools nearby.

Third, most people who play PS games are teenagers ~ since there is no such resource nearby, I don't think it will be of any benefit ~ ~
