Background:

The Regulations on Cadre Education and Training (Trial) promulgated by the Central Committee in 2006 has played an important role in promoting the scientific, institutionalized and standardized work of cadre education and training, cultivating high-quality cadres and promoting the construction of learning-oriented political parties.
