1. Full-time teachers: The school employs discipline teachers with high professional ethics, rich experience and strong years as class teachers, especially a group of experts with rich teaching experience from Huanggang and other places. At the same time, select a group of outstanding graduates from universities inside and outside the region to undertake teaching work, and establish a model of "1-2 imported elite teachers+many young teachers in our school".
