There is no one-year high school. Self-taught examination is open, regardless of age or education! You don't need a fake high school diploma. From the policy point of view, newborn babies can apply for the exam, but whether they can read it or not is another matter. I suggest you take the exam yourself directly. Choosing a popular liberal arts major, such as administration, is easier to read, as long as you work hard to memorize it.
