The application conditions are as follows: (1) professional emergency rescue personnel have been trained for specified hours and obtained a certificate of completion; Engaged in related professional work for 2 years or more; Demobilized soldiers such as public security, fire fighting and armed police with relevant professional knowledge and practical experience.

The responsibilities of emergency personnel are: 1. On-site preliminary treatment of common emergencies; 2, ventilation, hemostasis, dressing, fracture fixation and other preliminary treatment for the wounded; 3. Handling and escorting the sick and wounded; 4. Carry out on-site cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 5. Guide the masses to help themselves and each other on the spot.

Target population:

First aid training is mainly aimed at community residents, rural people, school teachers and students, civil servants and workers, employees of enterprises and institutions, high-risk industries, outdoor athletes and so on. Have good psychological quality and strong comprehensive ability.

The first aid certificate must be trained by the provincial (city) Red Cross Society, and the China Red Cross first aid certificate obtained after the training can be used all over the world. Only after the provincial (city) Red Cross Society has passed the training can it obtain the first aid certificate.

The training includes on-site cardiopulmonary resuscitation such as chest compressions and artificial respiration, as well as trauma rescue skills such as hemostasis, dressing, fixation and handling, as well as the handling of common emergencies such as acute coronary syndrome and stroke, as well as accidental injuries such as traffic accidents, fires, electric shocks, drowning, poisoning and earthquakes and emergency escape.
