Swimming training for senior high school entrance examination
It is most suitable for learning breaststroke, which is the most labor-saving and not too slow. Other swimming positions may be faster for professional athletes, but I don't think they are suitable for beginners.

Breaststroke can maintain a good speed, low consumption, no pursuit of speed, swimming 1000 meters, basically no breathing, the slowest limit speed. Backstroke is slow and basically zero consumption. To maintain a good speed, the consumption must be greater than breaststroke, but the limit speed is faster than breaststroke. Freestyle is the fastest and consumes more than the former. Butterfly is the most tiring, but its speed is second only to freestyle, and it needs abdominal muscles.

Matters needing attention in learning breaststroke:

1. When the foot is closed, the toes are straight.

2. Put your legs together a little more. Turn your feet and push them out immediately after you close them. When you push them out, your feet are facing the water pedal, not your instep or toes. After you push them out, you should clamp your legs hard.

3, the legs should be clamped in place until the two soles of the feet can be close together and the toes are straight.

4. After the leg clamping is completed, stretch the whole body, let yourself drift for a while, and then do the next action.

To do the above, the swimming time should not be too tired, and the speed is ok. Like me, 100 meter is a little over 2 minutes. Although it is far from the speed of professional athletes, it should be able to pass the senior high school entrance examination.

Yesterday, we crossed Qiantang River. We went with a seven-year-old girl. She swims breaststroke. Her father said that she can only swim two or three hundred meters in freestyle now, but she successfully swam the distance of 1200m in breaststroke.
