First, read more books and observe how those famous writers write;
Second, write more, imitate their writing style, and see how they describe an ordinary thing flexibly and interestingly, and how to poke the tears and jokes of readers;
Third, communicate more, make friends with writers who are better than you, send them their works, and let them tell you where they are not good enough and how to improve them.
When you come across an article and think it's well written, don't just stay at the level of "I think it's good", but dig out "why it's well written" and try it yourself next time, so that your level can be improved quickly.
Let me take my previous exercise as an example. Keigo Higashino's Night Walk is one of my favorite works. The most shocking thing about the creative technique of this work is that there is no strong conflict from beginning to end, even if the final tragic ending is only a few strokes, it will come to an abrupt end when emotions suddenly gush out and reach the peak.
So I tried an article supported by dialogue, clothes appearance, character movements and scenery description, without using my usual sentences to express my subjective views.
"Observation-imitation-reflection-promotion" is the most basic law of deliberate practice and the universal law of improving any skill. The reason why experience is experience is precisely because the method you have accumulated in this incident can guide you what to do when you encounter similar incidents in the future; Without reflection, it can only be called experience, not experience.
