Chapter I General Provisions of the Notice on Issuing Training Guidelines for Senior Managers of Listed Companies and Relevant Implementation Rules
Article 1 These Guidelines are formulated in accordance with the Company Law, the Securities Law, the relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the relevant rules of the stock exchange in order to standardize the behaviors of the senior managers of listed companies and enhance their sense of good faith.

Article 2 The purpose of training senior managers of listed companies is to enable senior managers of listed companies to enhance their self-discipline awareness, improve the governance structure of listed companies, promote the standardized operation of listed companies and promote the healthy development of the capital market on the basis of earnestly mastering relevant laws, regulations and norms.

Article 3 These Guidelines are applicable to the on-the-job training for senior managers of listed companies organized and implemented by China Securities Regulatory Commission. Training targets include: chairman, directors, supervisors, independent directors, general manager, chief financial officer and secretary of the board of directors of listed companies.

Article 4 During their tenure, senior managers of listed companies must receive continuing education and training organized by China Securities Regulatory Commission and obtain training certificates. China Securities Regulatory Commission will record the training and assessment of senior managers of listed companies in the integrity record database.
