The certificate of completion is usually a small card printed by the Transportation Administration, the competent unit of the driving school. The certificate of completion records the students' name, gender, when and where they learned to drive and what kind of car they learned to drive. The certificate of completion only proves that you have completed the required courses according to the regulations and syllabus of the transportation management department. After the training, motor vehicle driver training certificates shall be issued to graduates.
Applicants must hold a driver's license and a non-professional driving training certificate to the local road transport management office to apply for engaging in the commercial road transport of dangerous goods, large buses and train carriages.
