What is the certificate of completion of motor vehicle driver training?
Obtaining the certificate of completion only means that you have passed the training organized by the driving school you participated in and can take the training examination of the driving school.

With the certificate of completion, you can apply for a freight certificate or a passenger certificate, and you must have a certificate to drive an operating car. The certificate of completion is usually a small card printed by the Transportation Administration, the competent unit of the driving school.
