To emancipate the mind, we must first have thoughts. First, as a middle-level cadre, I think it is more important to conscientiously perform my duties, keep up with the pace of the times, conform to the current excellent situation, take advantage of the spring breeze of medical and health system reform, seriously study the hospital's "Implementation Opinions on Emancipating the Mind" and other relevant documents and the secretary's mobilization speech, thoroughly understand the spirit of superiors, apply it to specific work, blaze new trails, work hard and work boldly.
Second, emancipate the mind and find out the main problems existing in outpatient service;
1. In learning, some people are not serious enough, lack consciousness and enthusiasm, are not good at learning, do not grasp learning tightly, are not enthusiastic, and passively cope with ideological work. On the one hand, we can't always maintain a warm attitude towards patients, and the attitude of serving the people wholeheartedly is still lacking. On the other hand, some work is not meticulous enough, and there is a gap with the requirements of leaders and patients, and the sense of responsibility needs to be strengthened. Third, there are impatience and complaints at work, and modesty and prudence are not enough. Emancipating the mind and renewing the concept means that in practical work, the mind is not emancipated enough, the concept is outdated, the renewal is not in place, and the awareness of work innovation is not strong.
2. There are many "old, weak, sick and disabled" staff in the clinic, and some even say "if you don't work well, go to the clinic." Many clinical departments do not attach importance to outpatient service. When the ward is busy, the clinic is always closed. Not in accordance with national requirements, doctors rotate once a year in March, and nurses are transferred almost as soon as they finish training. The staff is not fixed and mobile, so it is difficult to transfer staff to the outpatient department without going through the outpatient department.
3. Although etiquette training has improved the quality of the staff in the outpatient window, there is still a certain gap in the cultivation of service habits, especially in the standardization and civilized language of services, which does not pay attention to detailed services and has poor initiative.
4. Due to the uneven quality of outpatient staff, there is no unified information management, and the medical quality needs to be strengthened. There is still a certain gap between the writing of outpatient medical records, outpatient prescriptions, various inspection applications and the filling of various log registrations.
5. Due to the limitation of the environment, the informationization is backward, the process is unreasonable, the patient's waiting time for medical treatment is too long, and the satisfaction is low.
Third, the rectification situation and measures
For me personally, this great discussion on emancipating the mind is not only a great opportunity to re-examine, reflect, dissect and improve myself with new ideas and concepts, but also a great opportunity to further enhance my sense of responsibility and pressure, increase my sense of honor and pride, and improve Scientific Outlook on Development.
