Examination outline: The national unified examination outline for professional qualification of asset appraisers in 2022 was approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and Ministry of Finance and issued by China Appraisal Association.
The examination adopts a closed-book computerized examination method, that is, obtaining test questions, answering questions and submitting answer results at the computer terminal.
Except for "Related Knowledge of Assets Appraisal", the full score of other subjects is 150, and the answers are audited by China Assets Appraisal Association.
The assessment results are managed in a rolling way, with a period of four years. For 4 consecutive years, you can obtain the professional qualification certificate of asset appraiser by taking all (4) subject examinations and passing them; Exempted personnel take three subject examinations, and the qualified scores are managed in a rolling cycle of three years. Be able to obtain qualified scores in examination subjects for three consecutive years and obtain the professional qualification certificate of asset appraiser.
