Dysarthria refers to speech disorder caused by neuropathy, muscle paralysis related to speech, decreased contractility or uncoordinated movement. The focus is on the changes of breathing, singing, pronunciation and rhythm. Injuries from the brain to the muscles themselves can lead to speech symptoms.
This is aimed at the brain injury caused by hypoxia or dystocia at birth, which makes the part of the brain responsible for language underdeveloped, leading to speech disorders in children, mainly manifested in the slow occurrence and development of oral English, or the lack of active language, which can only passively answer questions with simple words, often accompanied by mental retardation. This language disorder is difficult to treat.
Classification of dysarthria:
1. Spastic dysarthria (central dyskinesia, generally manifested as speaking difficulty, prolonged voice, unnatural interruption, sharp changes in volume and tone, rough voice, strenuous voice, distorted vowels and consonants, and excessive nasal sounds).
2. Delayed dysarthria (peripheral dysarthria, characterized by inappropriate pauses, breathing sounds, consonant errors and nasal weakening)
3. Dysarthria (cerebellar system disorder, mainly manifested as slight distortion of vowel consonants, mainly abnormal rhythm, high or low voice, strong or weak voice, rigidity, tremor, difficulty in pronouncing initials, loud voice, abnormal accent and intonation, and obvious pronunciation interruption)
4. Hyperkinetic dysarthria (dysarthria of extrapyramidal system, voluntary movement of phonological organs destroys purposeful movement, leading to deformation, weightlessness, inappropriate pause, tense voice, violent fluctuation of pronunciation intensity and excessive nasal sounds).
5. Dysarthria with weak movement (extrapyramidal disorder, due to the limited range and speed of movement, the pronunciation is single volume, single tone, reduced stress, breathing sound or loss of voice)
6. Mixed dysarthria (multiple dysarthria of the motor system, characterized by the mixture of the above symptoms, multiple or single uncertainty). It is prone to a wide range of people.
